Ausstellung: 30. August – 1. September 2020, täglich 17 – 21 Uhr im Raum
Unter dem Titel „Der Verfall in Quarantäne“ werden Stephan Jäschke und Stefan Schwarzer gemeinsame Arbeiten kreieren und präsentieren. In Quarantäne werden die beiden Künstler im Raum leben und über einen Zeitraum von 48 Stunden künstlerische Interaktionen, Interventionen und Manipulationen auf Social-Media-Plattformen vornehmen.
Ausgehend von aktuellen gesellschaftlichen Veränderungen durch das Coronavirus begeben sich die beiden Küntler im „Raum für drastische Maßnahmen“ auf die Suche nach dem Zustand der Gesellschaft und der Welt. Über den Performancezeitraum entwickelt sich die Ausstellung so zu einem hybriden Abbild der gesammelten Erfahrungen, Wünsche, Träume und Utopien.
Nach Beendigung der 48-Stunden Performance kann der Ausstellungsraum unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Corona-Verhaltensregeln vom Publikum besichtigt werden.

Stephan Jäschke and Stefan Schwarzer will create and present collaborative works with the theme “Der Verfall in Quarantäne” ( “The Decay in Quarantine”) During a 48 hour period they will put themselves in quarantine at Raum für drastische Maßnahmen to carry out artistic interactions, interventions and manipulations via social media.
In the light of recent changes in society facing the coronavirus, the two artists set out to search for the status of our world and our society. Throughout their performance the exhibition will transform into an hybrid image of collected memories, wishes, dreams and utopian thought.
After the performance the gallery space will be open to the public for three days following the current Corona codes of conduct
